    Lodges and Resorts

    Ontario
    Kanipahow Kamps, Chapleau Ontario Canada

    Excellent fishing for Walleye
Kanipahow Kamps is located on the beautiful and famous Chapleau River and on the outer edge of the Chapleau Crown Game Preserve which is the largest wildlife sanctuary in the World. Our remote location combined with the high population of wildlife has made Kanipahow Kamps one of the top Moose, Wolf and Black Bear hunting lodges in Canada.
    Great Pike fishing

We are also a top Ontario fishing lodge. Our 18 miles of accessible clean waters of the Chapleau River produce excellent fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike and Perch. Adjacent lakes and streams have great Brook Trout / Speckled Trout fishing. We also offer accommodations on Adam's Lake and Copperfield Lake which are catch-and-release Trophy Northern Pike Lake.

    Quiet and remote
We have many eco-tourism activities such as ATV trails, hiking, canoeing and Black Bear viewing. All these activities can be combined with your love of photography as the whole area is full of wildlife and picturesque scenery that will truly make for an exciting and adventurous wilderness vacation.
    Modern housekeeping cottages

Our outdoor resources are complemented by the comfort and beauty of our fully equipped housekeeping cottages on the Chapleau River, our Copperfield Island Outpost Cabin on Copperfield Lake and our American Plan lodge on Adam's Lake. We also offer a fully serviced family campground with lots of conveniences and designated sites for both RV's and tent camping on the Chapleau River.
